The Artist and Smith of the Forge
My name is Maria. I am the owner, artist and smith at the Royal Bohemian studio.
I think of myself as an alchemist, of sorts. With my hands and the 4 elements, earth, water, air, and fire I forge meaningful and lasting treasures.
The process of designing and crafting jewellery is a balancing act of creativity, precision, science, technique, patience, and ardour.
Every piece has its own narrative and vibe.
I believe in magic and the materials’ ability to hold history and power.
